How do I charter a helicopter?

It depends on the aircraft, flight time, landing sites and date, and event days carry higher demand. We send a clear, no-obligation quote for every trip.
How many passengers can a helicopter carry?
Popular charter helicopters seat four to six, and larger types such as the AW139 carry up to nine in VIP layouts. For bigger groups we arrange several helicopters flying together.
How much luggage can I take?
Space is limited, so we generally advise one soft-sided bag per passenger when every seat is taken. With fewer passengers you can take more, and we confirm luggage before you book.
Can a helicopter meet my private jet?
Yes. We time the helicopter to your jet's arrival and, wherever the airport allows, it waits on the same apron so you simply step across.
What happens if the weather is poor?
Helicopters are more weather-sensitive than jets and the pilot always makes the final call. We monitor the forecast with you and plan a backup, such as a chauffeur, for important journeys.
